Terms of Service.

These terms explain how Spinta Lab works and what you agree to when you place an order on spintalab.com. Spinta Lab is a video tennis technique analysis service run by Jeremías Rocco and based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. If you have any questions, email us at info@spintalab.com.

1. The service

We analyze one stroke per order on video: forehand, backhand, serve or volley.

• Single analysis · US$89. A personal review of two angles, a 5–8 minute video breakdown, a PDF report with every correction marked, two technical priorities, two or three drills and one round of written follow-up questions.
• 4-week program · US$179. Everything in the single analysis, plus a four-week practice plan and a review of a new video at the end, with a before-and-after comparison and next steps.
• 30-minute video call · US$49. Optional, and it can be added to either plan.

If you bought the single analysis, you can upgrade to the program by paying the US$90 difference within 30 days of your first delivery. For more than one stroke, we’ll put together a custom bundle and quote you the price before charging you.

2. What the analysis is, and what it isn’t

The analysis is a technical, educational opinion about your stroke. It isn’t a medical diagnosis and doesn’t replace a doctor, physical therapist or strength coach. Measurements are estimated from video: they’re useful for comparing and training, but they aren’t lab-grade.

We can’t guarantee results, since they depend on your practice, your body and your consistency.

3. Who can order

You must be 18 or older to place an order. If the player is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must place the order and accepts these terms on the player’s behalf.

By uploading a video, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that everyone who appears in it agrees.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are one-time payments, with no subscription. You pay by card through Stripe, and Spinta Lab never sees or stores your card details. If your card is from another country, your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.

5. Delivery

• Your first delivery arrives within 72 business hours (3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving videos we can analyze.
• If a take doesn’t work, we’ll email you how to reshoot it. The clock starts when the new take arrives.
• We deliver by email, with a link to your annotated video, your PDF report and your drills.
• Your round of written follow-up questions must be sent within 14 days of delivery.
• In the program, you send your new video at the end of the four weeks, and no later than 60 days after your first delivery.
• We schedule the video call by email after you pay. If you can’t make it, let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll move it.

7. Your videos and what we deliver

Your videos remain yours. You allow us to use them only to prepare your analysis. If you check the box allowing us to use the analysis as an example on our website, we’ll publish it without the player’s name; that permission is optional and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

The annotated video, report and drills are for the player’s personal use. You may share them with your coach, but you may not resell them or publish them as your own. Spinta Lab’s method, software and designs belong to us.

8. Liability

Do the drills carefully and within your limits. If you feel pain or have an injury, see a health professional before continuing.

Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The current version is the one on this page, with its date; orders you’ve already paid for remain under the terms you accepted. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
