Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what information we collect on spintalab.com, how we use it and what you can do about it. Spinta Lab, a service run by Jeremías Rocco and based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, is responsible for your information. Contact: info@spintalab.com.

1. What we collect

• What you enter when you place an order: name, email, WhatsApp (optional), level, analysis language, what you want to improve and, if the player is a minor, the player’s name.
• Your videos, which show the player.
• For payments, Stripe tells us the amount, date, email and order number. Your card details are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store them.
• Any messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.

2. How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your analysis.
• To contact you about your order: updates, deliveries, questions or if a take needs to be reshot.
• If you allow it, to show your analysis as an example on our website, without the player’s name.
• To keep our books and comply with the law.

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the website:

• Stripe, which processes payments.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and stores the videos and order details.
• Formspree, which emails us each order.
• Google Fonts, which serves the website’s fonts and receives your IP address when they load.
• Our email provider and, if you booked a video call, the video call platform.

Each service handles information under its own policy, and some store it in the United States or other countries. We may also share information when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep videos and order details for up to 12 months after your last delivery, so we can compare your progress if you come back. Then we delete them. If you’d like us to delete them sooner, just email us. We keep payment records for as long as the law requires.

5. Cookies and data in your browser

The website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. While you place an order, your browser keeps the order details in that tab so you can move between steps without losing them. They’re cleared when you close it. If we add analytics tools in the future, we’ll say so here.

6. Children

Orders for players under 18 are placed by a parent or guardian, who provides the information and the consent. We don’t collect information directly from minors. If you’re a parent or guardian and want to see or delete your child’s information, email us.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information and videos, or to withdraw permission to use your analysis as an example. Email info@spintalab.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

8. Security

The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS), and payments are processed by Stripe. Videos are stored privately and can only be opened with a link that only we have. No system is perfect, but only the people who need your information to prepare your analysis can access it.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll let you know by email.
